A must on my breakfast table: Salt!
Sugar or sugar-free for my tea/coffee: Black coffee with no sugar.
Lunch generally consists of: One chapatti, some rice and vegetable.

2 1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 to 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
In a saucepan make the base by heating chocolate, sugar, milk, cream and vanilla until chocolate is melted. Cool. Pour the mixture into a blender and process until smooth. Add chocolate chips and blend until chips are broken up. Pour into ice cream moulds and set in the freezer.
