Vishaal Malhotra who is currently anchoring Entertainment ke liye kuch bhi karega talks about his choice of food. Personal fitness mantra: Eat well. Personal diet mantra: There is this Japanese saying I follow which says always leave your stomach 10% empty. Exercise routine: Either cardio training, swimming or running everyday. Is food the elixir of life? Not exactly. It just plays an important role. Are you a foodie? Absolutely. Are you a vegetarian or non-vegetarian? Non- vegetarian Favourite cuisine: Chinese Favourite dish: Chicken fried rice Favourite restaurant: Royal China A must on my breakfast table: Slice of cheese. Sugar or sugar-free for my tea/coffee: Sugar Sugar Sugar. Lunch generally consists of: Anything that is not too fried or unhealthy. Dinner generally consists of: Just a salad. Dessert delights: A piece of Toblerone. One thing I can't resist: Chicken Fried Rice. My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): Coke with ice. My favourite drink (alcoholic): I don’t drink alchohol. Most unusual dish I've tasted: A goat’s tongue in France and eyes of a crocodile in Japan. Experiment with food: After tasting these above mentioned dishes, I don’t experiment much. On the streets, I love to have: I refrain from street food as much as I can but whenever I do it is either Pav bhaji, dosa or vada pao. Do you cook? Yes, for my wife. Favourite receipe: Scrambled eggs Ingredients: Eggs, olive oil, milk, salt, cheese, bread Method: Break 3 eggs. Heat a tsp of olive oil in a frying pan. Add eggs and then some milk, some salt and cheese. Have it with a slice of bread.
