Personal fitness mantra: Drink plenty of water, lead a stress free life, exercise and eat what suits your body.
Personal diet mantra: As I said, I eat what suits my body and never over eat.
Exercise routine: When I feel heavy only then I exercise. I try and maintain by eating well and healthy.
Is food the elixir of life? Yes it is.
Are you a foodie? Yes totally.
Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? Both. Depends from
time to time.
Favorite cuisine: Indian Punjabi food.
Favorite dish: Rajma Chawal and chicken
Favorite restaurant: Punjab Grill Restaurant.
A must on my breakfast table: Walnut, almond, oats and nuts.
Sugar or sugar-free for my tea/coffee: I am very much a sugar person .
Lunch generally consists of: Heavy lunch comprising of pulses, sprouts and green leafy vegetables.
For high-tea you would prefer: I like green organic tea.
Dinner generally consists of: Salads, dal and roti.
Dessert delights: I like ice-cream, chocolates and many things.
One thing I can't resist: Rajma and chawal.
My favorite drink (non-alcoholic): Water.
My favorite drink (alcoholic): Red wine.
At parties I have : Wine mostly.
Most unusual dish I've tasted: Cake which tasted like an
omellet.
On the streets, I love to have: Pani puri and pav bhaji.
Do you cook? Yes, I love cooking
Favourite dish: Rajma and chawal.
