Personal fitness mantra: Walk for one and a half hour. Personal diet mantra: Try and follow the schedule of my diet chart for 4/5 days a week and enjoy on your own terms on the rest of the days. Exercise routine: Walk for one and a half hour daily. Is food the elixir of life? Yes, it is very important to life. Are you a foodie? Yes, totally. Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? Both. Favourite cuisine: Japanese, Italian and Turkish. Favourite dish: Sushi. Favourite restaurant: It’s one of the Japanese restaurants. A must on my breakfast table: A bowl of Muesli. Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee: Sugar-free. Lunch generally consists of: My lunch generally depends on my diet chart. Dinner generally consists of: Salad with light food. Dessert delights: Yoghurt ice-cream and it’s yummy. One thing I can't resist: Yoghurt ice-cream. My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): Fresh Strawberry milkshake. My favourite drink (alcoholic): Red Wine. At parties I have: Red Wine. Most unusual dish I've tasted: I thought it was chicken but it turned out to be a frog’s leg which was very unusual to hear but not in taste. Experiment with food: No, I don’t take risks. On the streets, I love to have: Nothing. Do you cook? No. Fitness tip: Keep your mind right and happy because if you can’t control your mind, everything will go haywire.
