Read on… Personal fitness mantra: I go to gym thrice a week and swimming four times a week; this is the simple way I manage to stay fit. Personal diet mantra: I don’t have any diet plan; I eat everything but avoid eating junk food, and have just homemade food. I also make it a point to eat in every two to three hours and never overeat. Are you a foodie? Oh yes, I am a big time foodie. Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? I am a hardcore non-vegetarian. If I go to a restaurant I don’t waste money on vegetarian food (laughs). Favourite cuisine: Chinese and Italian. Favourite dish: Butter chicken with butter naan. A must on my breakfast table: A glass of fruit juice is a must. Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee: I don’t believe in the concept of sugar free. I have my tea and coffee with normal sugar. Lunch generally consists of: A whole meal with salad. Dinner generally consists of: Chappati and vegetables. Dessert delights: Brownie with ice-cream and caramel custard. One thing I can't resist: Butter garlic prawns. My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): Virgin Mojito. My favourite drink (alcoholic): I am a scotch drinker and prefer only Black Label or else Double Black. At parties I have: Scotch and appetizers. I don’t go for main course. Most unusual dish I've tasted: Once in Sri Lanka, unknowingly I had frog legs but it was actually very tasty and crispy. Experiment with food: Not that much. On the streets, I love to have: Chaat- it’s my weakness. Do you cook? I don’t even know the ‘c’ of cooking. Fitness tip: I guess to live a healthy lifestyle the most important aspect is to have quality sleep, keep your body hydrated and never skip breakfast.
