MUMBAI: Today is International Environment Day and there are a lot of celebrities who believe in preserving nature and contributing their best to conserve the same. They also impart messages which motivate the masses to pay attention to conservation of nature.

She has gained fame with her stint on television and will soon be seen in 10: 29 Ki Aakhri Dastak on Star Bharat which is scheduled to launch on June 10, 2024. She will be seen playing the character of Bindu.

In an exclusive interview conversation with Aayushi, she shared, “I make a conscious effort to reduce my environmental footprint by avoiding plastic bags and opting for reusable ones. I also carpool with colleagues and friends whenever possible to cut down on carbon emissions. These small changes can make a big difference in the long run.”

She further added, “Water conservation is crucial, so I've made some practical changes at home. I’ve cut down on using the flush unnecessarily, installed lower-flow showerheads, and often use a bucket instead of the shower to save water. I’m also mindful not to waste water in my daily routines.”

When questioned if the government is taking enough measures to conserve nature, she shared, “The government is making some efforts, but there's always room for improvement. Policies and initiatives are a good start, but they need to be backed by strict enforcement and community involvement. I believe that a collective effort from everyone – individuals, businesses, and the government – is essential to effectively conserve nature.”
