MUMBAI:  Post the leap we saw the entry of Amandeep Sidhu as Anmol Gujral. Sidhu began her career as a model before transitioning into the television profession and playing Purva Sinha, the parallel protagonist character in Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai. She received the antagonistic lead role of Kanchan Khanna in Tantra that same year.

Amandeep rose to fame with her portrayal in the show ‘Teri Meri Ikk Jindri’. Fans loved the chemistry between Amandeep and Adhvik and showered a lot of love on the show. Amandeep has been a part of shows like Choti Sardarni and recently Naagin 6. 

According to the sources, Amandeep has recently quit the show, along with Pratik Sehajpal and Simba Nagpal. 

Amandeep wrapped up the shoot on the show and shared a bunch of emotional photos and videos. In one video, she said goodbye to the director and in another, she said goodbye to the whole team. Tejasswi Prakash, who plays the pivotal role in the show was also present to say goodbye to her co-star. Check out the videos here: 

The reasons of quitting the show have not been confirmed yet. She had her first successful lead role as Mahi Arora in the Zee TV serial Teri Meri Ikk Jindri in 2021, playing opposite Adhvik Mahajan.  She starred alongside Gaurav Bajaj as Mannat Kaur Dhillon in the Colors TV serial Choti Sarrdaarni, beginning in April 2022. She appeared as Anmol on Naagin 6 since then.

Reports are that Amandeep is all set to join Sai Ketan Rao for his new show, but it is not confirmed yet.
