MUMBAI: We are living in a competitive world where you have to buckle up or else there are hundreds if not thousands to replace you. This is far more true in showbiz, where there is cut-throat competition. Thus actors have to up their game to survive. So being in the industry for a decade and being consistent with your work is a huge achievement! And that is what popular Television actor Arjit Taneja has managed i.e to survive and conquer.
The actor who became a household name for his performances in shows like Banni Chow Home Delivery and Kumkum Bhagya, shared an appreciation post, sharing his gratitude and learnings over the last 10 years and how he has evolved as an actor and a human being.
Arjit’s post reads, “Circa October 2012:
And it’s been a decade in Bombay.
Was all of 19 then and here I am turning 30 in a few days.
What started out as an unimaginable thought turned into my profession. Decade full of ups and downs, smiles and frowns, success and failures, rewards and disappointments, Gaining friends that became family and at times losing some on the way. Grateful for the mistakes that turned into lessons and for absolutely everything. Here’s to growing and evolving every day and just becoming a better actor and most importantly a better person. Well, Hopefully.”
Along with the post, Arjit also shared a series of selfies and pictures of himself for his fans to enjoy. Arjit began his career in showbiz as a model and then made his acting debut with V The Serial. He then came into focus with a dream role in Ekta Kapoor’s Bade Acche Lagte Hain.
Arjit has also been part of Naagin 5 and 6. The handsome actor will next be seen in Karan Johar’s Ranveer Singh-Alia Bhatt starrer Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, marking his Bollywood debut.
