Big update: Choti Sarrdaarni to take generation LEAP; Nimrit Kaur to play Meher’s grown-up daughter SEHER?

Choti Sarrdaarni is speculated to take a generation leap with Nimrit Kaur Alhuwalia (Meher) playing the character of Seher.

MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with an interesting update from the world of television.

We’ve been at the forefront of reporting updates about Colors’ Choti Sarrdaarni. (Read here: Choti Sardarni: Meher confronts Sarbjeet on his feelings for Sandhya)

The show has been in the news for its lead actress Nimrit Kaur Alhuwalia going on a break owing to health issues. The makers roped in actress Kratika Sengar to be a part of the show until Nimrit returns. Well, after a gap of almost one and half months, Nimrit is back as Meher in the show while Kratika (Sandhya) is set to bid adieu to the show.

TellyChakkar has exclusively learned that the makers of the show are set to introduce a major twist. Speculations are rife that they’re heading for a generation leap.

A little birdie has informed us that Nimrit will play the character of a grown-up Seher in the show.

The makers are still discussing the future storyline.

Well, for the uninitiated, the show recently took a leap of five years, and child actors Gaurika Sharma, Aekam Binjwe, and Dhan Tejas joined the cast. Kevina Tak, who played young Param, was retained as she played the character of Meher and Sarab’s daughter Seher in the show.

We couldn’t connect with the actors for a comment.
