A casting director is an integral part of any project who is responsible for choosing the right face for a particular role.
Sohan Thakur is one of them who is a well-known casting director of the Hindi TV industry.
Sohan has been a part of the showbiz world for many years now and has come a long way in his career.
The talented artist has cast many popular celebrities in various TV shows and web series.
Well, as we all have successfully passed three and a half months of the year 2021, Sohan is all set to embark on a new journey.
Sohan has now started a new company along with his partner Shraddha Srivastava.
TellyChakkar got in touch with Sohan who shared some interesting details about his new venture.
Sohan was extremely excited to spill beans on his new business and said, ''We have formed a company named Shraddha Sohan Casting in association with Sohan Thakur Casting.''
Sohan revealed that they are working on multiple projects right now.
Further revealing some interesting details about his company, Sohan said, ''We have divided our responsibilities where I look into some things and she takes care of other things.''
Sohan revealed, ''We have decided that I will only deal with male actors for the casting and she will deal with the female actors to ensure there is a comfort level for us as well as for the artists.''
He further said, ''Our priority is to bring female talent into notice and give them the deserved break.''
Sohan Thakur said that ever since they have collaborated together their business is running good and considers his partner lucky for it.
The ace casting director also revealed that he got the idea of keeping Shraddha's name before his name in the title from Shah Rukh Khan's movies.
Sohan Thakur went all praises for Shraddha and revealed how there's stability in the company after her arrival.
Further, we also spoke to Shraddha who expressed her happiness for being a part of the new journey.
She said, ''I am extremely happy to collaborate with Sohan Thakur. My main aim is to give chance to the fresh talents.''
Shraddha and Sohan have worked together on projects like Yeshu, Kyu Rishton Mein Katti Batti, web series Runaway Lugai, a film named Pehchaan among others.
