MUMBAI: The team of "Badi Haveli Ki Chhoti Thakurain" on Shemaroo Umang is likewise filled with the heavenly spirit as the entire country celebrates Maha Shivratri with fervour. The entire cast, crew, and producer Raghuveer Shekhawat joined lead actors Diksha Dhami, Sheel Verma, and Ishita Ganguly in performing a Rudra Abhishek on set, infusing the mood with positivism, spirituality, and everlasting trust in Bholenath!
"I share a deep bond with Bholenath—I was born on Maha Shivratri, so this festival holds a very special place in my heart," Diksha Dhami remarked, referring to her unique bond with Lord Shiva. It felt heavenly to celebrate it with my colleagues on set. The set felt like a tirth sthal (pilgrimage site) due to the scent of lubaan and bhasma. Our karmbhoomi, a hallowed place where we devote ourselves to our art, is our set. It was truly a boon to begin the day with Rudra Abhishek. We can't constantly attend temples because of our hectic schedules, but we were able to experience Bholenath's mercy because of Raghuveer Sir and the channel. May His blessings be with everyone! A very happy Maha Shivratri to all of you!
Equally engrossed in devotion, Ishita Ganguly continued, "I've been a follower of Lord Shiva since I was a young child, and I always observe fast on Maha Shivratri. Today's Rudra Abhishek performance reminded me of the special times I spent with my mother, when we would fervently prepare for this auspicious day. It felt weird, serene, and profoundly spiritual; the mood on set was just beautiful. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have shared in this wonderful encounter. Mahadev, har har! May Maha Shivratri bring happiness and blessings to all!
With its compelling plot about Chaina and Chamkili's struggle for dominance and their stirring performances, Badi Haveli Ki Chhoti Thakurain, meantime, never fails to captivate viewers. The show, which tells a story of justice, power, and family strife, is so dramatic and emotionally compelling that fans keep returning for more!
