MUMBAI: MasterChef India is one of the most-watched cooking reality shows on Indian television. The show first aired on StarPlus and later shifted to Sony TV.
Akshay Kumar, Kunal Kapur, and Ajay Chopra were the judges for the first season of MasterChef India on StarPlus. In addition to them, Vikas Khanna, Sanjeev Kapoor, Ranveer Brar, Zorawar Kalra, and Vineet Bhatia, among others have served as judges in MasterChef India - Hindi over the years.
This year the makers of the show launched the first season of Celebrity MasterChef where one would see celebrities showcasing their cooking skills on the show and would be judged on the show.
The new season of the show has premiered and the show has got a positive response from the audience.

The judges of the show are Chef Vikas Khanna, and Chef Ranveer Brar and the show is hosted by Farah Khan.
The confirmed contestant of the show are Gaurav Khanna, Tejasswi Prakash, Dipika Kakar, Rajiv Adatia, Nikki Tamboli, Archana Gautam, Faisal Shaikh, Usha Nadkarni, Abhijeet Sawant, Chandan Prabhakar, and Kabita Singh.
But the one person who is standing out and is doing exceptionally well in the show is Faisal Shaikh and in such a short span of time he has impressed the judges of the show.
In yesterday’s episode, we saw how the contestants got emotional seeing their past photos and they had to cook a dish which reminded them of their loved ones.
Dipika, Kabita and Chandan would be the top three cooks of the show.
Usha Nadkarni who is the oldest contestant in the show, her dish the judges would refuse to taste as her chicken wasn’t cooked and she was left disheartened.
On the other hand, Chadan would win the best dish and he would get an advantage for the next round.
Well, no doubt that the contestants are giving their best in the show and the fans are loving to see the other side of their favourite celebrities.
