MUMBAI: Dipika Kakar, one of the most adored television stars, enjoys a massive fan following. She first gained recognition with Colors TV’s Sasural Simar Ka, where her portrayal of Simar won immense praise and established her as a household name.
Over the years, her stellar performances have only strengthened her connection with audiences.
Her last full-fledged television role was as Sonakshi in Star Plus’ Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum, where she once again impressed viewers.

She was the third-highest-paid contestant, following Tejasswi Prakash, who charged ₹3 lakh per week, and Gaurav Khanna, who earned ₹2.5 lakh per week.
Had she continued till the finale, Dipika could have earned approximately ₹32.20 lakh, making her early exit a significant financial loss.
Dipika’s departure from Celebrity MasterChef India is undoubtedly a big blow to the show, as she was one of the most talented and beloved contestants. Fans will surely miss watching her on screen, but her journey remains inspiring.
