Contiloe Pictures’ Tenali Rama and Vighnaharta Ganesh to have change of sets

MUMBAI: It’s been almost three months that shooting of TV, Bollywood and OTT has been stopped in order to take precautions for cast and crew with the outbreak of Coronavirus.

With no shoot happening, a list of old and iconic shows are being aired again on GECs to keep the TV viewing continued.

However, the Maharashtra government on Sunday announced that film and television shooting could resume in non-containment zones in the month of June. However, they have a 16-page long set of guidelines for producers to follow as and when they begin film and television production.

A lot of production houses have already started working on the plan on how to resume the shoot keeping the safety of cast and crew in their priority list.

According to our sources, Contiloe Pictures’ Tenali Rama and Vignaharta Ganesh’ set to shift from Naigaon to Amgaon.

Vignaharta Ganesh’s female protagonist, who depicts the role of Goddess Parvati confirmed the news and shared, “Yes, we will be shooting in Amgaon since it falls in the green zone. Producer took consent of all the actors and came up with the decision. We are expected to start the shoots from 15 June. However, a lot of actors and crew members are still out of Mumbai so it might get extended till 20 June. Only 40 people will be present on the sets. The production house has arranged our stay and food on the sets itself. Also, we have been given a list of guidelines which we have to follow once shooting starts.”

We also called up Tenali Rama’s lead Krishna Bharadwaj however he mentioned about being unaware about the entire development.
