MUMBAI: Producer and director Abhigyan Jha says 2024 has been amazing for him. He produced two shows this year: Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak on Colors and Janani: AI Ki Kahani on Dangal, and both were received well by the audience as well as the critics.
“Janani even won the Best Fantasy Show award. Once again, I learned that conviction in great ideas and stories is invaluable. Fighting against all odds to achieve greatness is necessary,” he said, adding that it has been a fulfilling year for him.
“Winning awards in December and creating India's first show on AI this year have made 2024 a very fulfilling year,” he said.
But the past year also came with an advice for himself. He said, “I would advise myself to judge people more carefully. My regret is trusting others’ ability to dream. Not everyone has the resilience to chase and achieve their dreams.”
Abhigyan is of the opinion that one should focus more on dreams and less on reality checks. He said, “Reality will always lag behind. Dreams are what drive us forward.”
Goal for 2025? “To achieve the dream of producing four exceptional shows across OTT and TV every year,” Abhigyan ended.
