Dhruv Raj Sharma roped in as the lead in Ravi Ojha’s next on Life OK

The news of Ravi Ojha Production’s next horror comedy show Hum Saath Saath Hain on Life Ok has already made it to the news for its unique storyline and now we hear that the male lead has also been finalized for the same. Set in the backdrop of Goa, the makers have signed popular face in the advertisement circuit, Dhruv Raj Sharma to play the male lead Yug opposite Kanika Kotnala, is what we hear. According to a source, “Dhruv’s character will be of a young, orphan, poor fisherman, Yug, who will stay in a haunted house and will befriend with the ghost living in the house. He will fall head over heels with Sophia D’Costa (Kanika Kotnala), though her father will strongly disapprove this union. Yug’s main intention will be to impress his lady love Sophia at any cost.” Dhruv has earlier appeared on a youth based DD National show named Yaha Ke Hum Sikandar and many television commercials. Apart from Dhruv and Kanika, actors like Maninee Mishra, Anita Kanwal, Indraneel Bhattacharya, Sham Mashalkar and Rakesh Bedi has also been roped in for the project. If sources are to be believed then the show will go on air by end of August and there will be few changes in the show. Though nothing has yet been confirmed we hear that this serial might in all possibility replace Shashi Sumeet Productions’ Dream Girl. We tried reaching Dhruv Raj Sharma for a comment but he remained unavailable. Our efforts to reach the actors of Dream Girl also proved futile.
