MUMBAI : Erica Fernandes is currently winning hearts with her stellar performance in Kasauti Zindagi Kay as Prerna. She is paired opposite Parth Samthaan and their onscreen pairing won several accolades from the viewers. 

The beautiful actress rose to fame with her debut show Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi where she starred Shaheer Sheikh. The show became a huge star opening success doors for the actress in the Telly world.

Erica also did a few South films before she stepped in Hindi TV industry. Recently, during her live chat session with Siddharth Kannan, the actress was asked why she never tried her luck in Bollywood and what was the reason behind it. 

Siddharth discussed how Bollywood does discrimination and the whole nepotism game is still going on in the Hindi film industry. Erica was quick to say that this was one of the reasons she was never inclined towards making her career in Bollywood. 

Erica revealed that she is enjoying what she is doing right now and she has no plans as such to step in the world of films.
