MUMBAI: Shubhangi Atre is a wonderful actress who has done many projects and has come a long way in her career.
She is currently a part of Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai? playing the role of Angoori Bhabhi and she is doing extremely well for herself. In an exclusive conversation with Shubhangi, she opened up on her character and experience shooting for the show.
Shubhangi shared, “There are very few shows on television where there are characters designed in which there is innocence also and humour too. The character of Angoori is design very beautifully with the combination of all elements. I have been associated with the show for the last five years and I did not realize how much time passed by. I am really thankful to our directors and all my co-actors too as they all know that I had joined the show after a year of its launch but I was never made to feel that I have joined the show midway. The cast and crew gave me a warm welcome on the very first day I came on the set they will help me to and very supportive and cooperative. It has been a wonderful experience. Angoori is one character that I will not forget in my lifetime. The show has turntables for me and my career.
Every actor wants to play different roles in their career unfortunately I have got an opportunity to play a variety of roles where I was a part of Do Hanso Ka Joda which was a family drama. I also had Havan in which they played a negative role. Also, Chidiya Ghar was comedy and now Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai? However, I would like to say that the kind of fame and recognition that I needed as an actor I have got it through the show and I'm really grateful for that.”
