MUMBAI:Star Plus’ new show ‘Faltu’, produced under Boyhood Productions has started to impress the viewers with its interesting and relatable storyline. The show stars Niharika Chouksey and Aakash Ahuja.

A talented actress Niharika Chouksey is being recognised for her role in ‘Faltu’. She ventured into the television industry with the serial Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. She once mentioned that she convinced her father to leave Madhya Pradesh and come to Mumbai when she aspired to work in the entertainment industry as a child artist.

As a child artist, she appeared in serials like Qurbaan and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

Later, she appeared in shows like Rudrakaal and Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya.

Other than serials, she has also worked in advertisements and short films. She also has a Youtube channel where she keeps her fans updated.

Tellychakkar got in touch with the actress where she revealed her list of favourites.

What’s your favourite food?

Any junk food, be it Maggi or Pani puri.

Tell us about your favourite school memory.

All the memories of the school functions, when we used to prepare for dance and other performances. As an artist, I always loved staying on the stage.

Tell us about your favourite memory from the first time when you faced the camera.

It’s from the first day of shoot for my first show which was on Star Plus. That’s a good memory because nobody knew that it was my first shoot. I had to cry in that scene and since I was very nervous, the performance was quite natural.

Who is your favourite co-star?

Aakash Ahuja.

Which is your favourite childhood memory?

I don’t fall asleep so easily, so I had a swing at home and my dad used to try to make me sleep on that. I didn’t fall asleep at that time but I would still pretend. Later, when my dad used to carry me into my room, I used to wake up again.

What’s a lie you say the most?

That would be – I have left from home and I’m about to reach.
