What is your fitness mantra?
Well I just eat and run.
Are abs necessary?
I don’t think so, I’ve never had .
What is your current workout routine?
I am just recovering my injury so I am doing light weights as of now.
What is your diet chart?
I don’t really have a diet chart, I am a big time foodie , I eat anything and everything , I can eat non veg everyday.
Have you ever taken supplements to loose or gain weight?
Never, for me protein is like egg whites and sweet potatoes and all of that.
How do you stay motivated to workout?
If I do it in the morning I feel energetic and if I miss out any day because of shoot I feel guilty so next day you got to cover it up, there have been days that I didn’t workout together but it nullifies in the running. (Also Read: Sai Ballal is television's new Shakuni)
What has been your greatest fitness achievement?
I will my fitness was great in college and I was into athletics and my mind was into different types of position and after that I don’t think I have done something so physically extensive what I did in last year of college.
How much do you weigh right now?
I must be around 70kg.
What is your cheat food?
Everyday is a cheat food for me because I eat a lot and I love home cooked chicken biryani.
Which body part are you proud of and why?
I am proud of my legs because I love to run.
What time do you workout?
I have a habit to workout during 9 but somehow I am trying wake up early.
Do you ogle to have hot baths during your workout?
Not really.
What is your gym attire?
My trackpant, tee and sports shoes.
Do you have a gym buddy also?
