MUMBAI: Prerna Panwar is currently ruling several hearts with her stellar performance as Elena in Sony TV's show Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi 3.
The actress reprised the role of Elena for the third time, making viewers go gaga over her performance.
Prerna has been a part of shows like Savitri Devi College & Hospital and Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki.
TellyChakkar got in touch with Prerna, who spoke at length about her role in Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi 3 and much more.
Elena's character, changes in it and viewers' reaction...
Viewers have the full right to say whatever they want to say. The cast and crew will always try to make the show better. We all are trying to make the show better, but there will be mixed reactions, and I can't say much on that. If my fans are not liking me, I'll feel sad. I'll try to make my character better as much as I can. I will work hard on myself. Elena is very innocent and she is very protective of her family. Elena needs to be careful while dealing with people who are not known to her.
The idea of doing reality shows...
I will do Khatron Ke Khiladi. I can't do Bigg Boss as I will end up crying. Even someone raising their voice around me gives me palpitations. But Khatron Ke Khiladi is something of my taste. Even if I try Bigg Boss, it won't be me out there. I feel I'll be evicted from the house the first week itself.
Three wishes to be fulfilled...
I am really really happy right now.
My first wish will be that people should start realising things. I would like to change the entire mindset of people. They should not think that everything is in scarcity. Everyone will get everything. But you won't get more or less by snatching away things from others.
My second wish is that I should feel very peaceful and happy no matter what the situation is.
My third wish will be I should never think before giving anything to my parents or my brother. If somebody needs my help, I should not think twice before helping them in any way. If I have enough, I can give people enough.
Fetish for books and an interesting story behind it...
Initially, I had a fetish for clothes, shoes and all. But now, all that's gone and I am in love with my books. I think I do not like to share them with anyone. If someone will ask me for it, I'll buy them a new one but won't give mine because once it's given, it never comes back. There is a full box of books that I haven't read and most of the books are given to me by my mentor. He was the one who asked me to read books. It was a hobby that I took up three years back. It has become very essential. I used to be never a reader at all. I am a more philosophical person, a non-fiction one. But I do read fiction also, Right now, I am reading Harry Porter. It was one of my childhood dreams to read.
Well said, Prerna!
