MUMBAI: SAB TV's show Hero - Gayab Mode On has been working wonders on the small screens for a very long time now.
The show has managed to garner a great viewership and with the interesting twists and turns in the story, the viewers are always at the edge of the seat.
Hero - Gayab Mode On recently witnessed the entry of some fresh new faces as the story progressed.
Actress Tunisha Sharma is now playing the lead role in the show as ACP Aditi Jamval and paired opposite Abhishek Nigam in the show.
Tunisha will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in the show as a tough cop.
TellyChakkar got in touch with Tunisha who spoke about bagging the show, her experience so far playing the cop, and much more.
How challenging is the character for you?
When they briefed me about the show, I was very excited. On the other hand, I was very happy as I haven't played such a role before. I was all set for this role and because of this, it all happened smoothly and I didn't need to prepare for it. Whenever I don my uniform, I don't know what happens and I completely get into my character Aditi. I don't even need to work on my action sequences, everything happens naturally. I feel my character.
How has been the experience of working with Abhishek Nigam?
I am friends with both of them for many years now. I did a show with Siddharth Nigam, Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat and that's how I know Abhishek as well. After a long time, we are back again and this time I am working with Abhishek. Since I know both of them very well, we gel well. Because of this, my tuning with Abhishek is so good that we don't need to take much effort to create the chemistry.
Fans can expect Aditi and Hero to genuinely like each other after they realise that both aren’t that bad.
You have done both films and TV shows over these years. How did you manage to juggle between both industries?
Touchwood, it was very smooth. My first show was Maharana Pratap and along with that, I was doing Fitoor. My journey has been extremely smooth and I am so grateful and blessed. Not many people get all this. I did back-to-back shows and movies and it has been a great journey.
Tunisha has been in showbiz ever since her childhood.
She has done many movies like Dabangg 3, Fitoor, Baar Baar Dekho, Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh, among others.
The actress has also done shows like Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Bharat Ka Veer Putra: Maharana Pratap, Internet Wala Love, Ishq Subhan Allah, among others.
