Hemant Brijwasi evicted from L’il Champs

Yet another little boy gets evicted from Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs this weekend. Mathura boy Hemant Brijwasi is the latest participant to be evicted from the show. This is the second eviction from Abhijeet Bhattacharya’s camp. The mellifluous Kavita Krishnamurty was the celeb judge. Informs our source, “Hemant had been a consistent performer but this time round he couldn’t meet upto the judges’ expectations. Kavita ji along with the two resident judges Alka Yagnik and Abhijeet felt that he fell short of the other performances which were better than his. Hemant was praised by Abhijeet for his unique singing style but it was just not his day. The latest eviction has equalled the number of participants in both camps. Both Alka and Abhijeet are now left with four participants each.” “The highlight of the show this weekend will be host Afsha Musani’s birthday celebration. The little wonder was showered upon by gifts and blessings. Guest judge Kavita ji dedicated a special melody for her on the eve of her birthday.
