MUMBAI: Shaheer Sheikh and Ruchikaa Kapoor have reportedly been seeing each other for a while now. However  neither has spoken about the same.

Recently, Shaheer shared a picture of Ruchikaa on his Instagram and tagged her as 'My Girl'. Now, the actor took to his Instagram account and shared a video compilation of his intense workout video.

In the video, Shaheer included small clips of his workout session while flaunting his biceps and toned midriff as he goes shirtless. He captioned as, "Pump it up..  #workout #athome #shaheersheikh." Ruchikaa posted fire emoticons under his post.
