The actress took to social media and confirmed with her fans that she has been diagnosed with third stage cancer and that her treatment has started and has assured her fans that she is doing good.
She also promised her fans that she would come out of this even stronger and would fight back this disease.
Hina also requested to give her space and privacy and that she knows she would fight back this disease and come back hale and hearty.
Well, this news has come as a shock to her fans and well- wishers but we are sure that Hina is a fighter and she will come out of it.
