MUMBAI: Sony SAB’s Veer Hanuman continues to enthrall audiences with its dynamic and heartfelt telling of young Maruti’s extraordinary transformation—from a curious child to the mighty divine warrior, Lord Hanuman. Masterfully blending mythology and emotion, the show beautifully brings the age-old, timeless tale with a vibrant flair. Featuring Aan Tiwari as the young Maruti, Arav Chowdharry as Kesari, Sayli Salunkhe as Anjani, and Mahir Pandhi in a dual portrayal of Bali and Sugreev, Veer Hanuman is a captivating watch for all. In recent episodes, viewers have witnessed Hanuman embark on a profound spiritual journey through five transformative stages. Meanwhile, the shadow of Shani Dev (Rishabh Pawar) looms over Kishkindha, heralding unexpected challenges.
In the upcoming episodes, the people of Kishkindha hail Bali as a hero for saving Hanuman.
Hanuman is asked to treat Bali as his guru because Shani Dev’s shadow is over Kishkinda, and he wants to mislead Hanuman. Later, Sugreev is announced as the new king, which angers Bali. The gates of Kishkinda are shut, and due to all the ongoings, Lord Hanuman begins to forget the name of his own aradhya. Meanwhile, Neel, the son of Agnidev, lands in trouble because of the chaos, and Lord Hanuman sets out on a mission to save him.
How will Lord Hanuman be able to save Neel and achieve his next siddhi?
Rishabh Pawar, who plays the role of Shani Dev in Veer Hanuman, said, "Shani Dev is known as the God of Justice, and his role is to test people so they find the right path. In this track, even young Hanuman himself is put through trials — as per Lord Mahadev’s order, he must go through discipline, hardship, and deliver justice to achieve his siddhis. It’s a reminder that nothing in life comes easy. That’s the essence of Lord Hanuman’s journey — and the lesson he brings to others, too."
Tune in to Veer Hanuman, Monday to Saturday at 7.30 PM, only on Sony SAB
