The very bold and beautiful Renee Dhyani is still remembered from her Roadies days.
After Bigg Boss, she made her fiction debut with Colors’ Kasam. She considers herself lucky to be a part of the project.
As she finds her character of Neha very challenging to portray on TV. We caught hold of her for a quick chat...read on:
We asked her how it was to play a mother on-screen, when she herself is so young...she shared, “Well, my character Neha is not only about being a mother. I have many shades in my role, which challenge me as an actor. She is a vamp but at the same time, her comic timing is very natural. I have worked on myself a lot as playing a vamp is not an easy job.”
We also wanted to know if her character would ever get sidelined, to which she replied, “Not at all. I have been constantly featured on the show in the last seven months. If you don’t perform well you have the fear to getting sidelined. I think I am the centre of attraction in Kasam.”
With Kratika coming back in the show, does she feel that it would be unfair to Shivani Tomar, she said, “Well, I am nobody to decide that. It is upsetting but Kratika also has huge fan following so at the end its viewers and fans that matter.”
When asked Renee about leaps and character changes affecting connectivity with audiences, she averred, “I think show is all about team work. Some changes are bought for betterment of the show. At the end it’s all about TRPs.”
Lastly, we asked the actress the type of role she wishes to play on TV, she shared, “I wish to be a part of love stories. I think it will be interesting for me and for my fans to watch me doing something different.”
Good luck, Renee!
