I don't get partners in my reel or real life: Eva Grover

One of the most stylish actresses on the small screen, Eva Grover, is still maintaining her stature on  Zee TV’s Tashan-e-Ishq.

The bindaas actress spoke to us about her role, reality show and her personal life…take a look:

Why do you end up with stylishly wicked roles?

“I guess the producers think I am perfect as glamorous and evil vamps. I am not at all like this in my real life. May be because of looks, I get such roles.”

What’s your take on reality Shows?

“No, I am too private a person to pick reality shows. Somewhere, it brings your real personality onscreen, which I am not comfortable showing. But I follow all of them.”

Vaishnavi and you are enemies onscreen, how is your rapport with her in real life?

“We play enemies on the show, but we both are very good friends in real life. She is one of my very good friends from the industry. We get along very well.”

What do you have to say about the leads of your show?

“Jasmin Bhasin is very beautiful. If I were a guy, I would have proposed to her. I am in love with my reel son Yuvraj (Zain Imam). I still have to come across a guy who is as sweet as him.”

If given a chance, what’s that one like you’d ‘ban’ onscreen?

“Well, that’s a very tricky one as I myself have done all these things! Hmm…well, I would put a ban on reincarnation, plastic surgery and wearing heavy clothes and jewelry onscreen.”

Why don’t you have partners in your shows?

“I really don’t know. It’s a mystery that I don’t get partners in my reel and real life. I don’t understand why men in my life are always Mr. India types.”

When do you plan to settle down?

“I had planned to settle down, but God had some different plans. So now I don’t not plan anything in life.”
