The top 10 contestants have become household names because of their talent. This weekend the viewers will surely have a gala time as Bollywood stars Ranveer Singh, Pooja Hegde, and Varun Sharma, along with the popular director Rohit Shetty will be seen gracing the special episode. While all the Li’l Champs impressed the judges as well as the special guest with their amazing performances, it was contestants Harsh and Jetshen’s performances to the songs ‘Rambha Ho Ho Ho’, ‘Girls like to swing’ and ‘Tere Bin Nahi Jeena Mar Jana’ respectively that left everyone spellbound. Right after that Rohit Shetty was amazed at witnessing the extraordinary performances and couldn’t stop himself from appreciating them. In fact, he felt so connected with Harsh’s voice that he considered him to be the next Sukhwinder Singh.
Rohit Shetty mentioned, “There are a few singers in our industry that makes us wonder who will replace them eventually. For example, a very great singer Sukhwinder Ji, If we were to think after 30-40 years, who will be the next Sukhwinder, then it definitely has to be ‘Harsh Sikander’.
Not just that, he was so mesmerized and impressed by Jetshen’s singing that he wanted to send the recording of Jetshen’s singing out and was confident to challenge that no one would recognize that it as a child’s voice, to which Shankar Mahadevan replied, “Agreeing to you Rohit, I will record and send this out.”
Well, Isn’t that amazing!
While Rohit Shetty’s appreciation towards the kids will leave you in awe, wait till you watch all the extravagant performances by these contestants.
