We had already reported about Shakuntalam Telefilms’ upcoming project for Star Bharat. The show is tentatively titled Bahu Kya Layi Hai.

We also broke the news about Simran Pareenja bagging the lead role in the show while we also reported about actors Mayank Nischal and Ananya Khare being a part of the show.

Now, a little birdie tells us that actor Smita Sharan is all set to feature in the show.

The actress will be essaying an important character in the show. 

Smita has made her mark in the entertainment industry with some of the best shows, her most prominent ones being Ishq Mein Marjawan 2 and Sony Sab's Balveer Returns. The actress will also be seen in a web series The Prayag Raj soon.
