It is unfortunate that Sumit Sambhal Lega wasn’t given a proper farewell: Namit Das

MUMBAI: Sumit Sambhal Lega was one of a kind show.

It narrated the story of Sumit, who runs away from his responsibilities without understanding the seriousness of the situation. On the other hand, his mother, Dolly and wife, Maya have sarcastic remarks to make on one another and they have a clash of ideologies which is projected in a funny way.

The show was hilarious and relatable.

Namit Das played the titular role of Sumit in the show. In conversation with a media portal, Namit mentioned that the show was a finite series and it is unfortunate that it wasn’t given a proper farewell. Along with that, he also mentioned that he does not know why the second season did not roll out when there was a strong possibility. He said that he gets messages from fans about the show till date.
