Vijay TV now launches its season 4 of this reality show.
Over 1000 participants took part in the auditions that were held in Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Trichy and Tanjore districts, out of which 60 were selected. These participants will make their first appearance in Vodafone <em> Kalakka Povathu Yaaru</em> 4.

Kalakka Povathu Yaaru on Vijay TV has seen three successful seasons, introducing many talented performers who have become popular among television viewers.
Vijay TV now launches its season 4 of this reality show.
Over 1000 participants took part in the auditions that were held in Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Trichy and Tanjore districts, out of which 60 were selected. These participants will make their first appearance in Vodafone Kalakka Povathu Yaaru 4.
The winner takes home Rs 5 lakhs as prize money. The winner will also get a chance to host one of the popular shows on Vijay TV along with a rare chance to act in a feature film. This season will have mimicry, stand-up comedy.
The judges for this season are Uma Riyaz and actor Pandiyarajan. Ramya and Sethu are the hosts for the fourth season.
Kalakka Povathu Yaaru 4 – Kalakkal Aaramban” will be on air from January, 25, 2008, Fridays at 10pm on Vijay TV
