MUMBAI: 2020 has not only brought the lockdown but also highlighted a lot of problems brewing in the industry which were lesser spoken about.
Amid the happenings of people committing suicide or deaths due to the virus or other reasons, there are maany celebrities who have come out to lend a ear and help those facing distress so that they do not resort to extreme actions.

However, there is a set of people who are voicing out of how they will have to resort to suicide if they are not given their dues as they are facing survival issues but looks like nobody seems to be too concerned. We are talking about the cast of Hamari Bahu Silk. They are giving out interviews of how they are in a mess and in distress due to non payment by the producers.
Actor Zaan Khan, who has been a part of the show took to social media and had an outburst of emotions. A lot of actors then resorted to putting up posts on how they too faced similar issues in the past but had to let go.
Now, Zain Imam who is otherwise calm and shares how he is enjoying is quarantine time, responded to an interview of Zaan Khan and shared that he has also faced issues in the past and it is an industry problem. He also said that "karma's watching".
Well, looks like the situation of the actors is not so good as they put in their hardwork and are deprived of their dues.
We hope things get better in the near future.
