Yes, you heard it right!! Kaushik who has earlier been in the bottom three position was in the danger zone once again, and this time he was the unlucky one to bow out. Along with him, another rising star Poorvi Koutish and Amit Kumar were also in the bottom three.

It’s a shocker of an elimination at Sony Entertainment Television’s Indian Idol 6 this week with the most talented of the lot, Kaushik Deshpande bidding a teary adieu!!
Yes, you heard it right!! Kaushik who has earlier been in the bottom three position was in the danger zone once again, and this time he was the unlucky one to bow out. Along with him, another rising star Poorvi Koutish and Amit Kumar were also in the bottom three.
The judges were shocked and did not have anything to say when it was announced that Kaushik has got eliminated. Salim could manage to say that Indian Idol 6 has lost one of its biggest talents. Anu Malik felt that the result was very unfair.
The contestants had to sing to the ‘Director’s Special’ episode this week wherein songs from movies of popular directors like Yash Chopra, Raj Kapoor, Manmohan Desai, Subhash Ghai etc were featured.
We also get to know that Pandit Jasraj will be the celebrity guest for next week’s episode and the theme given is ‘Classical’.
As of now, it is the shocking result of Kaushik’s elimination that we have to overcome!!
