Mini Mathur tipped to host Indian Idol 4

There is a twist in the news. Mini Mathur, who has been hosting every season of Indian Idol, had opted out of Indian Idol 4 as she was pregnant with her second child. But now, things seem to be different. The charming Mini is tipped to host the baap of all reality shows, Indian Idol 4. A source from the production house informs, "Mini Mathur is likely to host Indian Idol 4 along with Hussain Kuwajerwala. Earlier, she refused to host Indian Idol 4 as her baby was due just about at the same time as the shooting of the show. As she has recently given birth to her second child, she now plans to host the show. Miditech (production house) and Sony too are keen on having her back on the show." Mini Mathur says, "I can't confirm anything right now. I will just ask you to wait and watch. I have delivered just twenty days ago. I am fine now. I have fully recovered. So the talks are on but I will be able to comment only after some time." Executive VP and Business head, Sony Entertainment Television, Albert Almeida said, "I cannot confirm it as we haven't yet taken a decision. We have a lot of time to decide." Founder-chief creative officer of Miditech Niret Alva too refused to confirm the news. He said, "Right now, I am not in a position to confirm anything on this topic." If our sources prove right then the return of Mini will indeed bring a lot of appeal to the show.
