MUMBAI: Mohena Kumari Singh, who is a well-known name in the field of dancing and acting, has been in the news lately relating to her wedding rumours. Mohena is a part of Star Plus’ popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
There have been a few speculations doing the rounds that the gorgeous actress is engaged.
We contacted Mohena to get clarity on the same, and setting all the rumours aside, the gorgeous actress exclusively spoke to TellyChakkar about getting married. She said, ‘There are a lot of wrong dates flying around. Many speculations are being made, obviously because I haven’t commented too much on these things. I would like to clarify that I am going to get engaged in February and probably getting married at the end of this year.’
We asked her about the pressure she feels while dealing with news or rumours on her personal life, to which the dancing diva replied, ‘I am a very non-starry and grounded person. I don’t fly high, I am just like a girl-next-door. I don’t think too much about news relating to my personal life getting leaked and all. Having said that, of course, I wanted to keep things a little private as it’s going to be an arranged marriage for me. I did not really want to talk much about it. I was dealing with it, and I felt I would talk about it when the time is right.’
Mohena further added, ‘I would not like to reveal the identity of my partner, but he is a through gentleman and a very normal, down-to-earth, and humble person. He is into a lot of social service. He belongs to a political family.’
