We are talking about the ‘Badtameez’ couple Pearl V Puri and Asmita Sood who are apparently dating in real but have always maintained the ‘good friend’ tag.
Tellychakkar.com had a free chat with Asmita and asked her about her alleged love affair with Pearl.
Well, you and Pearl have always stuck to your ‘good friend’ tag, but your chemistry with him says more to it, please clarify? “As I have always said, we are dating and are actually good friends.”
Okay, we believe you, but given a chance would you like to date Pearl? “(smiles), Well, I haven’t thought about it. Right now we are good friends and I don’t know what destiny holds for both of us. But yes, Pearl is very humble and down to earth. I think he will be a very good husband. He is very focused and clear about his aspirations in life. The person whoever will marry Pearl, will be very happy.”
We have heard that your parents have already met Pearl and they have given a thumbs up for the relationship? “I don’t know where these rumours are coming from. My mom had visited to have a look at my set and meet the cast and crew. She also happened to meet Pearl. I and Pearl have always kept our stand very clear.”
Have you managed to watch Pearl’s new show Meri Saasu Maa? “Yes, I have watched few episodes and he is doing a good job.”
What do you think about Pearl and Hiba’s chemistry in Meri Saasu Maa? “Well, their chemistry is yet to blossom on-screen but Hiba is looking cute in the show and I am sure viewers will like them as well.”
