MUMBAI: Reem Shaikh is winning hearts with her stellar performance in Zee TV's show Tujhse Hai Raabta. The actress is paired opposite Sehban Azim and their on-screen pairing has done wonders for the show.
Reem plays the role of Kalyani and fans are loving her for it. However, the actress had revealed in one of her interviews that she was initially rejected for the role.
The actress gave audition for the role of Kalyani not once but twice. Every time she was rejected for the same reason. The actress revealed that the makers found her extremely chubby for the role.

Shaikh also revealed how another actress was finalised for the role and even signed the contract but had to back out for some reason.
The makers then called Reem once again for the audition and this time, Reem's luck favoured her and she got selected for the role.
