Zee TV’s Hitler Didi (Trilogy Krikos) will see a new track opening up with the entry of talented and versatile actor Rohit Roy. The actor who was earlier seen in Star Plus’ Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein will play an intense lover, who has a past relationship with the protagonist, Indira (Rati Pandey). The character, Kabir Chaudhary happens to be an Army officer in Pakistan, a person who actually belongs to the Hindu minority in Pakistan. He jumps lot many hurdles and comes to India to meet Indira. We hear that Kabir might turn out to be Indira’s husband (at the phase when she had lost her memory and was in Pakistan) and is desperate to get back to her. The guy has a great sense of humour and is a positive character. When contacted, Rohit confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I am essaying a very nice role in Hitler Didi. There are two reasons for me to take up this project. Firstly, I wanted to break the myth that prevailed that Rohit does not want to do anything on television (smiles). Secondly, Hitler Didi is a very differently scripted show and I happen to know Ila (Bedi Dutta) very well. I essay an intense lover in the show, and I start shoot on the auspicious Valentine’s day that is tomorrow (14 February 2013). I am looking forward to this challenging role.” We wish Rohit all the very best for his comeback stint in Hitler Didi…
