Rucha's bike phobia

Not many know that the chulbuli and pretty Bhabhi, Rucha Gujarati suffers from a bike phobia. And it was this anxiety disorder that put her in a dilemma recently while shooting for her UTV show, when she was forced to travel by this two wheeler. Narrating the incident Rucha says, "My car broke down at Kandivali while I was driving down from Mira road. I had to report to shoot as soon as possible, so I called up my production people to arrange for another vehicle." On the other side, the production people were worried as they were getting late for the shoot - the canning of Pooonam Joshi's sangeet ceremony in the show. All they were waiting was Rucha's arrival. "As soon as Rucha called up, the crew immediately sent a person with a car. Unfortunately even that car got stuck in traffic, so we had to send another person on a bike," adds a source. Gujarati says, "Initially, I was not at all ready to get on the bike, but then I realised that I had no other option. So I closed my eyes and just prayed to God that I reach safely. Looking at my petrified state, even the biker rode slowly, at a speed of 20- 30. It was when I reached my destination, that I heaved a sigh of relief." Coming back to her bike phobia, any particular reason or incident that has given room to this fear? "One of my close friends died due to a bike accident and since then I am scared to sit on this two wheeler," reveals Rucha. However after getting into this emergency situation, the actor has gathered back her courage as she says, "Now after this incident, I don't think I will be so scared to sit on a bike."
