MUMBAI: Television actress Sara Khan who made her acting debut with Sapna Babul Ka…Bidaai, married actor Ali Merchant while inside the Bigg Boss 4 house. She now says that he cheated on her multiple times and she got nothing but humiliation from the relationship.

Opening up about her very controversial marriage Sara opened up saying, “I was depressed then. It was so humiliating every day. He cheated on me multiple times, even with my co-worker. The girl felt bad and confessed the truth to me. I caught him red-handed many times. I have faced the worst and that’s when I decided to move on. And trust me I have never been happier.”
Talking about how she managed to keep the failed marriage from affecting her work, Sara added, “While it never affected me professionally, I was tagged (a divorcee) unwantedly. As much as I try to get that off me, it’s impossible and it continues to haunt me even today.”
Sara also said that her marriage inside the Bigg Boss house was never legalized and thus nullified. She added, ‘It wasn’t a marriage. But I cannot go about explaining it to everyone all the time. This is why I have stopped talking about it. A breakup was termed as a divorce.”
Sara and Ali were seen together on the Kangana Ranaut hosted reality show Lock Upp but the two didn’t share a cordial relation. Sara was last seen in the TV show Spy Bahu.
