Shagun encourages Pranali for a scene where she needs to hit him on the sets of Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Ayae

MUMBAI: That's what makes acting so attractive. You get to break all your own rules. This statement is applicable to Pranali aka Radha of Sony Entertainment Television’s new show Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod ayae . In the upcoming sequence she needs to hit Uday aka Shagun to save him from Vashma’s brother. Initially she was awkward thinking how will she slap or hit a colleague but Shagun encouraged her to do so as its important for the story and her character.

In the upcoming sequence Radha will get to know about Uday and Vashma’s love story and to save Uday from Vashma’s brother she will  hit him with a stick so that Abrar doesn’t hit him for having a soft corner for his sister. Before the filming of the sequence started, she was very nervous how will she hit Uday and make it look realistic as he is broad built  tall and she is petite . Shagun who plays the role of Uday told her she should not be awkward at all because it is a scene, and we are actors we should be true to our profession. Whatever comes her way she  should do it with full conviction not thinking about anyone. She also told her to practice with him before the final take.

Pranali said “Initially when I was narrated the scene I was little nervous and awkward but I must thank shagun who plays my on screen son he encouraged me a lot and also said I should not worry about him getting hurt because if he gets hurt it will make the scene more realistic .He even made me practice it before filming the final scene. I feel really lucky to work with such amazing people."

Watch Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Ayae on Sony Entertainment Television Monday to Friday at 9PM.
