Out of the many secrets that Life OK’s mysterious drama presentation Ek Boond Ishq (BBC Worldwide) plans to unfold in the coming days is one that will be through the entry of two new characters in the show.
The track starting next Monday (10 March) will see Shiv Mishra being introduced as Anand, Meethi’s (Nidhi Uttam) elder brother. He will be seen essaying a positive role that is comical in nature. On the other hand, Pragya Maheshwari will essay his wife who will have a negative character in the show.
The current track focuses on how Meethi has come to know the truth about her husband, Aditya (Dishank Arora) flirting with women and also having an extra martial affair, she would soon be seen leaving the Shekhawat house and living with her elder brother and his wife.
When we got in touch with Shiv Mishra for confirmation on the same, he stated, “Well, I cannot confirm anything about my character but yes I am shooting for Ek Boond Ishq. I have earlier done Sapno Ke Bhanwar Mein on Life OK and episodic leads in Savdhaan India along with some other shows. It feels good to be back with a daily soap.”
“The reason why I opted to essay a role in Ek Boond Ishq is because of the strength of the character. Today, a person rises in popularity, gets appreciated and recognised as well because of the character he portrays. Hence I am always on the lookout for roles which have a strong personality.”
When we contacted Pragya Maheshwari, she quipped, “Since I am yet to give a look test, cannot confirm anything as of now.”
Stay tuned in for more updates.
