Sid replaces Harshad as Arjun in Mahaabhaarat

Harshad Chopra who shot to fame as Prem in Balaji's Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil was roped in for Ekta's Mahaabhaarat as Arjun. But now the actor is going to be replaced by another Balaji actor Sid Makkar. Suraj Rao, Creative Head Mahaabhaarat, confirmed the news and said, "Harshad had date issues as his track has increased in Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil. He is required there for a longer time so we decided to liberate him and got Sid Makkar to play Arjun in the show." But Harshad Chopra chose to answer diplomatically, "I think it is true as that is what the media is reporting. As far as the length of my character is concerned then my track had opened since the time I have entered in the show and it is going to be increasing more. I am fine with it as Prem is more important to me." Sid Makkad remained unavailable for his comment.
