MUMBAI: TellyChakkar.com is back with exciting news from the telly world. We bring good news for all the Sumbul Touqeer fans. The actress has been MIA since her last stint in Sony TV's Kavya: Ek Jazba Ek Junoon. Looks like, all this while Sumbul was gearing up for her new project.
TellyChakkar.com has exclusively learned that Sumbul Touqeer will be seen in Sony TV's new show which is said to be produced by Rose Audio Visual Productions which is helmed by Goldie Behl and wife Sonali Bendre.
Our highly placed source has informed us that the show is tentatively titled Itti Si Khushi. A source, on the request of anonymity said, "Sumbul will be playing the lead role in the show and it will be a family drama project."
Armed with the information, we called Sumbul and spoke to her father Mr. Touqeer. He exclusively told TellyChakkar that things are yet to get finalized.
A little birdie informed us that the primary cast of the show will soon meet for a mockshoot and family photoshoot.
We're sure the news will leave Sumbul's fans extremely happy.
