In a conversation with SpotboyE.com, Sunil shared his thoughts on this special act. When asked what attracted him the most in Gangs Of Filmistan, he said, “I found the concept exciting but the main reason to do this show is the current situation. I really feel humour is much needed at this point of time. If I can make people laugh, I will feel extremely overwhelmed. There is so much stress in everyone's life, so this can be their daily dose of stress-buster.”

He added, “This year I had no plans of doing television as my dates were blocked for one of my movies and then series on OTT. Also, a few live shows were lined up. But due to the lockdown, a lot of changes happened in the plan and I got time to do something again here. And I am happy about it. In fact, I have decided whatever money I will make out of this show, I will donate it to the needy people.”
