Taarak Mehta’s producer Asit Modi reacts on Neha Mehta quitting the show

MUMBAI: Actors Neha Mehta and Gurucharan Singh have quit SAB TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Neela Telefilms). The actors – Sunayana Fozdar and Balvinder Singh Suri will be playing the roles of Anjali Mehta and Sodhi in the show. Both are experienced actors who have acted in several TV shows and films in the past.

The show producer Asit Kumarr Modi spoke on Neha Mehta exiting the show. He shared, “Neha Mehta will always remain part of the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah family. 12 years of working together bind you in a relationship that cannot be easily expressed in words. The decision to part ways was mutually agreed on. Everyone in the team appreciates and values her contribution to Anjali Mehta’s character and the show. And, if ever in the future we have an opportunity to include her in any of our projects, we will definitely seek her out.”
