Top actors on Colors' national anthem video

Independence Day will be celebrated on August 15 and to commemorate the event Colors has shot a video based on the national anthem with the stars of different shows on the channel. A source says, “The lead actors on Colors shot a video on the national anthem for Independence Day. Actors from the show Phulwa, Uttaran and Na Aana Iss Des Laado shot for the video day before yesterday and the cast of Sasural Simar Ka, Balika Vadhu, Laagi Tujhse Lagan, Hamari Saas Leela and Mukti Bandhan shot for it yesterday. Some of the actors shot individually for the anthem however the cast of Hamari Saas Leela, Mukti Bandhan, Balika Vadhu, and Laagi Tujhse Lagan shot together. Samir Soni who will be seen in the upcoming Parichay also shot for the video. Chef Gauti who is part of Kitchen Champion is also part of the video.” “The actors wore white while the women wore white sarees with green, orange and golden borders. The national anthem starts with a little girl singing followed by a mature voice. The stars will be seen lip-syncing the song.” Shashank Vyas aka Jagya of Balika Vadhu who was part of the video said, “It was a wonderful experience shooting for the video and I am waiting for it to go on air.”
