Veebha Anand and Niti Taylor in MTV's Humko Ishq Ne Maara

BBC Worldwide Productions set to come up with another coming of age theme based serial, Humko Ishq Ne Maara with Veebha Anand and Niti Taylor playing important roles. The teaser of the show presents the two girls- one modern and the other a simpleton talking about dreams and aspirations and whether they will get a soul mate who would support them in their journey. Veebha, who is currently seen playing Subhadra in Mahabharat, will don the character of the simple young girl whereas the bubbly Niti will play the spunky chick. The show will challenge everything one believes and how ultimately destiny overrules one’s plans. The teaser looks interesting with both the girls looking their part but with a long list of similar youth shows currently on air, only time will tell whether this one will be able to make a mark. When we buzzed Vikas Gupta, Programming Head MTV he refused to divulge any details. Veebha remained busy shooting and Niti said, “I don’t think I can give out any details.” The show is expected to go on floors next month and will launch sometime in July.
