MUMBAI: Eisha Singh is one of the most loved actresses our Indian television has.
She has played a variety of roles starting her journey on television. Currently quarantined in her hometown, Bhopal, she is making most of her time with her family.
Recently, in a live session, Eisha revealed certain details of her journey as an actress. Reportedly, Eisha mentioned how she made her debut with Ishq Ka Rang Safed playing a widow and moved on to enact a drastically different character in Ek Tha Raja Ek This Rani.
She also mentioned of how, while playing the character of Zara in Ishq Subhan Allah, she received a threat from a particular person.
She mentioned that being a Hindu, how she had once received a message saying that she dare not try to get into projecting the nitty gritties of the Muslim community else she would have to face dire consequences. However, she also mentioned that there was a particular section of the same community who lauded her.
Eisha mentioned of how once she was at a mall and a bunch of women clad in burkha came upto her and thanked her for being the voice of their thoughts.
